PRICE
We scrutinize prices quoted by the factories ,fabric suppliers and the cost of accessories with our own experience of the cost structure, we tend to obtain the most realistic prices from them for which we can offer a reasonable price to our valued customers.
SOURCING
We maintain strong relationships with many of the yarn, fabric mills
and the accessories suppliers. Upon placement of orders, we
check right away and control the quality of all garment inputs such
as yarn, fabric, accessories, labeling and coordinate timing of their
procurement and plan timely delivery. In case of imported fabric, we
have good fabric sourcing companies globally.
SELECTION OF FACTORIES
We evaluate factories in terms of various factors such as product range, quality of the products, production capacity, facilities, financial capability, technology orientation, man power, managerial efficiency and working conditions.
ON TIME DELIVERY
For customers, a major risk factor is that of ensuring timely deliveries. For which we adhere to adequate planning from the starting of the order. Additionally we monitor all the activities and actions of a particular project, specific tasks are assigned to our co-workers right at the beginning of the project and we share our problems, ideas and solutions. This makes it possible for our employees to know exactly what needs to be done. Sometimes we have pre allocated space in our selective factories to execute our orders on time
SAMPLING
We provide samples according to the requirements of the customer which are developed to incorporate colors, fabrics and styles. By offering this essential service, we assist in improving the marketing efforts of our buyers in their respective region
Total Quality Management
We closely monitor orders from the moment of sampling to the time of shipment. We provide updated status on sampling, production and shipment to our buyers on a regular basis. A practical method is maintained towards the identification of problem areas and immediate measures are taken to ensure timely delivery of products. The detailed physical inspection of the samples are selected at random and based on specifications of the buyers and cover criteria like design/style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packaging etc. Our quality agents monitor the production from the inception phase i.e. from pre-production sample validation to pre-shipment and final inspection.
PACKAGING
Buyer is assured of getting quality merchandise as only approved products are packed. Additionally special care is taken to see whether all packing instructions of the buyer are followed. We evaluate the total calculation of packaging to make sure we utilize all the space available in the container according to the quantity of the order.
Shipping Co-Ordination
Shipping documents are checked as per the buyer’s instruction and the copy documents are sent to buyers well in advance of the shipment to avoid any discrepancies. We inspect and confirm the packing process, cartoon measurement, shipping mark and loading process as per requirement.

We have carried out extensive research to facilitate new brands to maintain contemporary fashion, quality and timely delivery. We make sure their journey is smooth and hassle free with significant savings on money and payment
Other Services
We keep buyers informed about the market trends, new developments in industry, changes in government policy and regulations etc. Inform buyers about new fabrics, designs and fashion trends within our knowledge.
When receiving buyers, we send invitation letters to obtain visa’s, arrange hotel bookings on their behalf, plan their meetings appropriately and try to provide all reasonable assistance that a buyer may need in a foreign land to make their visit comfortable and convenient.
