Sparkle Fashion is a garment sourcing and production-coordination business based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We work as a buying house: we don't own factories, we place and oversee orders with partner factories on your behalf.
We take a design reference or tech pack through sample development, factory matching, production follow-up and shipment coordination — staying accountable for the result rather than handing you off between departments. Our current focus categories are swimwear, activewear, outerwear, workwear and casual, alongside general woven and knit programs.
Our team works from Dhaka, close to the factories we place orders with, which is where sample development and production follow-up actually happen. House 431, Flat G, Road 30, Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka 1206.
Sparkle Fashion is led by Mohammad Monir Hussain, who brings more than 35 years of garment-industry experience to our sourcing and production oversight. That experience is his own; Sparkle Fashion as a company is a separate matter, and we don't present the two as the same thing.
Dragon Charm Inc., led by Radib Al Rafsan, is a separate company based at Room 804, 421 7th Ave, Manhattan, NY 10001, that supports buyer communication for our international programs — a point of contact in a U.S. time zone for buyers who prefer it. Dragon Charm Inc. is not a parent, subsidiary, branch, or factory of Sparkle Fashion, and production is not carried out in New York; all product development and manufacturing takes place through our partner factories in Bangladesh. Sparkle Fashion is registered with the Bangladesh Garment Buying House Association (BGBA, registration no. B01480). We reference recognised compliance standards — BSCI, Sedex/SMETA, OEKO-TEX®, WRAP, GOTS, ISO 14001, RSC and C-TPAT — when auditing and selecting the factories we place orders with; these are standards our partner factories are audited against, not certifications Sparkle Fashion itself holds as a buying house.
