Quality & Responsibility
Sparkle Fashion is a buying house, not a factory. Certification and audit sit with the manufacturing partners we place your order with. What we do is verify the relevant evidence before onboarding a factory, and keep checking through the life of the relationship.
Sparkle Fashion is registered with the Bangladesh Garment Buying House Association (BGBA, reg. no. B01480) — a membership of the buying house itself, separate from any individual factory's certification.
Our compliance process references the standards below when auditing and selecting partner factories. Which standards a given program needs depends on your brand, retail market and buyer requirements — tell us what you need and we'll place the order only with factories that already hold it, or that are actively working toward it, disclosed upfront.
BSCIBusiness Social Compliance Initiative. Social compliance audits of partner factories, covering labour rights and working conditions.
SEDEX / SMETASedex Members Ethical Trade Audit. Ethical trade data shared transparently with buyers, backed by on-site audits.
OEKO-TEX®Standard 100. Fabric and trims tested for harmful substances before they reach the cutting table.
WRAPWorldwide Responsible Accredited Production. Independent certification of lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing.
GOTSGlobal Organic Textile Standard. Chain-of-custody certification for organic-fibre orders, from fibre to finished garment.
ISO 14001Environmental Management. Structured environmental management across sourcing and production partners.
RSCRMG Sustainability Council. Bangladesh-based oversight of fire, electrical and structural safety in partner factories.
C-TPATCustoms-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism. Supply-chain security screening recognised by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.Current certificates and audit reports for a specific factory can be discussed or provided where available and appropriate — ask us for what your program requires.
In Practice

Photographs from partner factory floors — shown to illustrate the kind of follow-up we do, not a specific current order.
Where a program requires specific product testing — fabric safety, performance, or a buyer's own technical standard — this is arranged per program rather than assumed to already exist for every category.
We factor environmental and social practice into factory selection alongside price and capacity, and work with suppliers who are able to demonstrate their own commitments in this area.
